I mapped Paramount's creative team's media management process from first idea to final approval, turning a tangle of email threads and file dumps into a defined workflow. Working with creative leads and producers, I traced every handoff, spotted the bottlenecks that kept stalling delivery, and redesigned the stages so the right people review at the right moment.
I introduced a new asset management tool and a lightweight approval process that doesn't get in the way of the work. The team went from chasing files to shipping campaigns, with faster approvals, less rework, and a clear view of where every piece sits at any time.
